What started as an effort to heal my husband after a mental health crisis in 2006, quickly became a lifelong passion to understand how the human mind works and how we can use it (as the tool it is) to live extraordinary lives.
What we now fondly call my husband’s “Breakdown-to-Breakthrough“ moment led us to starting our own businesses, including a successful yoga mat company. It was in starting my own company, and helping others start their’s, that I quickly became aware of the unique, specific challenges we business leaders face and how to overcome them.
The Limitless CEO is the culmination of my 20+ years of research and training with world class leaders on the subjects of neuroscience, psychology, human performance and business, as well as my experience working with thousands of high-achieving business leaders, including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers and athletes.
My clients and I work together on tackling their greatest business and life challenges (wealth creation, health, anxiety, stress, burnout, sleep, public speaking, imposter syndrome, upper-limiting, intimacy, addictions, trauma healing…), while also achieving their most ambitious goals and creating lives they truly love.
The protocol I have developed has been refined over the years and utilizes the most powerful, leading-edge tools for transformation and growth, including Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, meditation and visualization. These tools have worked their magic on me, my clients and I know they will work for you.
