Preparing for your RTT Session

  • Your session will take up to 2 hours, so please make sure no one will disturb you (children, partner, pets, deliveries, friends, family).

  • Please ensure that you are ready and prepared for your session 10 minutes in advance.

  • Go to the bathroom before your session.

  • Have tissues in case you need them.

  • Turn notifications off on your phone, laptop/PC and any other devices.

  • Good internet connection (call will be with Zoom, so be sure you have Zoom).

  • Please make sure lighting is good where you will be during the session, so I can see you from the waist up.

  • It is best to take your call on a laptop/PC rather than phone.

  • Device plugged in with the charger.

  • Make sure you will be sitting comfortably during the session.

  • You can have a blanket or a pillow, if that would make you more comfortable.

What to expect during your RTT Session

  • Hypnosis is a natural state we go “in” and “out” of many times during the day; for example watching a movie, driving, listening to a podcast, etc. When we are in a state of hypnosis we are relaxed and open to suggestions.

  • You ARE in control. You only will accept positive suggestions, if you feel they align with you. You will be present during the whole session working on the things you want to change, and you will be in complete control.

  • You will receive a bespoke recording after your session that you will listen to for 21 days in a row and as needed moving forward.

Your Bespoke Hypnotherapy Meditation

Using hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques, your recording is designed to communicate with your subconscious mind and reprogram your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. For the best results, listen to your recording for 21 days in a row when you first wake up and when you go to sleep at night. Your brain passes through natural, relaxed Alpha and Theta brainwave states during these times making you more suggestible to the positive new belief systems on your hypnotherapy meditation. Your current belief systems were formed through repetition, so we must do the same to create the new belief systems to achieve your desired result.
